Living in Limassol, Toybox first came to our attention from the godmother of our son who lives in Paphos and has always been getting us gifts from Toybox. Having checked out their online shop, we were impressed with the high quality of their toys collection as well as certain brands/ toys that one cannot find in the other traditional toy stores. Our two online orders so far have impressively been delivered to us the following day! We will surely be using and recommending Toybox for years to come.

I had a minor issue with a slightly different item being sent to the one I had ordered, so I emailed customer service, and Olga answered my query within 10 minutes of me sending the email. When she replied, she had already sent the correct item by Akis Express and it arrived the next morning.
