Delivery Information for Cyprus & Greece
Deliveries Within Cyprus
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, dispatch times may be extended by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery during these busy periods.
For deliveries within Cyprus, we work with two trusted courier partners: ACS Couriers and Akis Express Couriers.
Estimated delivery times
- Pickup from ACS or Akis Express: 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday) from the date of dispatch.
- Home delivery: 4–5 business days (Monday–Friday) from the date of dispatch. Deliveries to rural or remote areas may require an additional 2–3 days.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary, especially during peak seasons such as Christmas. Delivery speeds depend on courier workload, traffic conditions, weather, and national holidays.
If you require delivery by a specific date, we recommend:
- Placing your order well in advance
- Selecting collection from our store, if possible
- Allowing extra buffer time during busy seasons
Our aim is to ensure every order reaches you promptly, but occasional courier delays can occur due to factors beyond our control.
Important: Couriers cannot deliver to army bases.
Once your parcel arrives at the courier’s pickup point, you will receive an SMS or telephone notification.
Collecting Your Order from TOYBOX
If you choose Store Collection, we will notify you by email once your order is ready to pick up.
When collecting your items, please bring:
- Your order confirmation email
- The credit card used for payment (if applicable)
For security reasons, we must verify the original payment method before we can release the order.
Oversized or Heavy Products
Large, heavy, or bulky items may incur an additional shipping surcharge. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before taking payment to confirm the amount.
Deliveries to Greece (ACS Couriers)
We offer delivery to Greece via ACS Couriers. This is a fast and reliable service, with parcels typically arriving within 2–4 working days.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email as soon as your order has been dispatched. This will include your tracking number, which becomes active within 24–48 hours.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
TOYBOX is not responsible for parcels damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.

- All packaging materials
- Any damaged items
These may be required by the courier during the claims process.
