Our Returns & Refund Policy

For online purchases, ToyBox offers a 14-day no-satisfaction, money-back guarantee. This period begins from the moment your order is delivered. You may return any product(s) within 14 days, at your own expense, provided you include the original receipt.

All returned goods must be sent to ToyBox via a courier service or registered post, and should be insured in case of loss or damage during transit. Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility.

When returning an item, please ensure you include your name, contact telephone number, and order number so we can process your refund promptly.

Please note that we can only accept returns received at our physical store. We are unable to collect parcels from courier depots or delivery centres.

Our no-satisfaction money-back guarantee applies only to products returned in their original packaging, in complete and fully working condition, including all accessories, instructions, and any other components. Items that are damaged, opened, used, or not in their original packaging will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
If the purchase was made using a gift card, the refund will be issued as a new gift card.
