Shipping policy

For in-store collection, orders can usually be collected on the same day. We will telephone you to confirm when your items are ready for pickup.

For local deliveries across Cyprus, we work with ACS Express Couriers.

• Orders placed before 12:00 (noon) are typically delivered the next day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 are usually delivered within two days.

ACS will contact you by telephone and send an SMS notification when your order is ready for collection at your chosen ACS pick-up point.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. As a result, delivery from the moment you place your order until it is ready for collection at ACS is typically 2–3 days.

For home delivery, please allow 5–7 days.

All shipping options, estimated delivery times, and costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
