At ToyBox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For all online orders, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. This period begins on the day your order is delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return your product(s) within 14 days, at your own expense, provided the following conditions are met:
- The return is accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
- The product is returned in its original packaging, in unused, complete, and fully working condition (including accessories, manuals, tags, and any included components).
- Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging cannot be accepted and will not qualify for a refund.
How to Return Your Item
All returns must be sent to us via a courier service or registered post, and we strongly recommend adding insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit.
Please note that shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

- We can only accept returns that are delivered to our store.
- We are unable to collect parcels from courier depots or offices.
- Returns that do not meet the above conditions will be declined and no refund will be issued.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card purchases: Refunds will be credited back to the same card.
- Gift Card purchases: Refunds will be issued in the form of a new ToyBox gift card.
