We deliver within Cyprus and Greece
Cyprus Deliveries
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery.Â
When ordering for local delivery within Cyprus, we partner with two reliable courier services: ACS Couriers and Akis Express Couriers.
Delivery times are estimated as follows:
Pickup from ACS or Akis Express Couriers: 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of dispatch.
Home delivery: 4-5 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of dispatch. Deliveries to outside city centres or rural areas will take an additional 2–3 days.
Please note that these delivery estimates are approximations and may be subject to variation, particularly during peak periods like the holiday season. Shipping times can be influenced by factors such as order volume, logistics demands, and seasonal traffic. If you have a time-sensitive package or need guaranteed delivery by a specific date, we recommend:
- Placing your order well in advance of any critical deadlines
- Choosing to collect from our store
- Allowing extra buffer time during known busy shipping periods
Our goal is to ensure your package reaches you as efficiently as possible. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, we appreciate your understanding that occasional delays can occur due to external logistics factors.
Please note that the couriers cannot deliver to army bases.
The couriers will contact you by SMS or telephone to notify you when your order is ready for collection.
Collecting from TOYBOX
If you have requested to collect your order from our TOYBOX store, we will email you to let you know when your order is ready for collection.
When collecting your order, please bring your order confirmation email with you and if you have paid by credit card, please also present the credit card that you used to make the purchase.
For security purposes, we must verify the original payment method before the order can be released.
Oversize & Heavy Products
Some heavier or bulkier items may also incur a shipping surcharge and we will inform you of any surcharge before we take payment for your order.
ACS Couriers
We provide this service for Greece. This is a fast option, typically taking 2-4 working days.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.
Damages
TOYBOX is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
